About Me

Coming from a multi-ethnic background, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to understanding how identity, culture, and lived experience shape who we are.

 

My commitment is to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space that honours the diverse backgrounds and unique experiences each client brings.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and a Practitioner Member of The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN).

I run an online counselling practice, supporting clients across the world (excluding the USA and Canada), offering flexible, tailored sessions to meet your needs.

My Experience

I have over 10 years of experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. My professional experience includes:

  • NHS Occupational Health Service – counselling for NHS staff

  • University of Bristol Student Counselling Service – individual counselling, workshops, and therapeutic groups for students and staff

  • University of the West of EnglandAssociate Lecturer and Personal Development Group Facilitator, supporting trainee counsellors to explore group dynamics and develop self-awareness

  • Group Facilitator: anti-racism workshops
